The Rate Matrix is another tool in Service Autopilot that can help business owners determine pricing for their services. It is a matrix that takes into account custom field data that can be stored for each client and it gives you a rate based on that information. You can use this to create estimates for your services in record time. However, the Rate Matrix is just a starting point – business owners can customize the pricing based on their own knowledge and expertise if they know there are certain conditions that would require them to charge more or less for a service.
